Refund & Dispute Policy

At Kinetic Advisors Inc, our primary goal is the successful execution of your corporate strategy. Due to the bespoke and labor-intensive nature of management consulting and financial advisory, our refund policy is strictly governed by the milestones established in your Letter of Engagement (LOE).

Project Milestones & Retainers

Initial retainers required to commence strategic planning, due diligence, and resource allocation are strictly non-refundable. Subsequent milestone payments are refundable only if Kinetic Advisors Inc fails to deliver the advisory frameworks outlined in the agreed-upon LOE within the cure period.

Dispute Resolution

If you believe a milestone has not been met, or if you have a complaint regarding the quality of the deliverables, you must submit a formal dispute notice to our client success team.

Cancellation

If a consulting engagement is cancelled by the client without cause, all completed billable advisory hours up to the date of cancellation will be invoiced, and no refunds will be issued for previously completed milestones.
